Can you tell me a little more? Where is that function coming from? URL?
Generally, I lean towards keeping things as they are at BioC. So I am not
sure we even need a reposTools package as there is now the 'GetBioCLite'
mechanism etc. This was needed once in the context of the 'debianization'
effort for CRAN/BioC that is on Alioth (and somewhat stalled, fresh help
always welcome if that interest you ...)
