So, I see no problem with adding gnome-orca to task-xfce-desktop, given those installation size numbers.
I sympathize with Yves in wanting to keep the xfce4-* packages containing only actual upstream XFCE stuff; that's part of why we have the task packages to add currently missing (and in some ways suboptimal) bits -- including network-manager-gnome already. Bear in mind that accessability is one of the most important criteria for picking the default desktop -- for the reasons Samuel has given. It could easily be *the* determining factor between xfce and gnome for jessie. I don't know if making this change will get xfce close enough to gnome's accessability level to make the cut. -- see shy jo
