My plan at the moment is to repackage the 0.8.2 upstream sources as ipsec-tools_0.8.2+20140711.orig.tar.gz and upload a 0.8.2-5 release based on it. I'm a good chunk of the way through this at the moment (most patches apply cleanly as-is) and will upload as soon as possible...
