Hmmm. Our 0.8.2 is taken from http://sourceforge.net/projects/ipsec-tools/files/ipsec-tools/ and was released on 2014-02-27 I'll investigate more. I suspect this is related to staleness and lack of coordination between what's distributed on the sourceforge site and what's in NetBSD. I know upstream has indicated that they're not using sourceforge for CVS, and haven't in some time, but they are apparently still updating the tarballs there. noah
