Package: apt-listbugs
Version: 0.1.13
Severity: normal

I am receiving the following error when attempting to invoke apt-listbugs in
apt mode:
        E: APT_HOOK_INFO_FD is undefined.

Running in debugging mode is only slightly more helpful:
        ~$ apt-listbugs -d apt

Preparing to read info from file descriptor ""
        E: APT_HOOK_INFO_FD is undefined.

(yes, that blank line between the prompt the output was exactly how it
appeared, if that matters at all...)

I have tried it both with and without a specific package name listed after
"apt".

I know the attached system info says I have changed my apt.conf file. However,
that is only because I tried inserting the "-d" option as outlined in this
package's README.Debian. I have otherwise not made any changes to
/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10apt-listbugs; the necessary line is intact.
        DPkg::Tools::Options::/usr/sbin/apt-listbugs::InfoFD "20";

I only upgraded to Jessie several days ago. At the very end of doing my dist-
upgrade, this error popped up as well. However, it hasn't actually affected the
core functionality of the program. I am able to install and update packages
without issue, and have received bug reports during that process as expected.
The only place I encounter the error is when directly invoking apt-listbugs
from the command line, and only with the apt option.

I do not know if "apt-listbugs apt" is meant to be used from the command line
or not, or if this is a typical use case. I was merely fooling around with the
different options. Nonetheless, if the program is not meant to be used this
way, that should be properly documented and give an appropriate message to the
user. And if it IS meant to be used this way...then something's broken. :)
