Bug#340226: [Logcheck-devel] Bug#340226: logcheck does not succeessfully filter postfix/policy-spf or amavis

I had mistakenly left the ownership as root root.  However, it still doesn't work correctly even with the correct ownership and the correct permissions. I'm going to guess that there is something weird about my install (I am running debian sarge.)  I am going to attempt to uninstall it (preserving the logcheck-database files) and then re-install it.
