Package: approx Version: 5.4-2 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
I'm setting up some vm foo and wanted to use approx to cache downloads. I put the following in my sources.lst on the client: deb http://[fe80::fc54:ff:fe1a:1922%eth0]:9999/debian/packages/ jessie main contrib non-free I think the %eth0 is required to specify the device. When I do a 'apt-get update' I get the following: W: Failed to fetch http://[fe80::fc54:ff:fe1a:1922%eth0]:9999/debian/packages/dists/jessie/main/binary-amd64/Packages 400 Bad Request In daemon.log I get this: Jun 8 20:42:29 node2 approx[27264]: Nethttpd: Bad request: Cannot decode [Host] header I expected to have this work :). -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.14-1-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages approx depends on: ii adduser 3.113+nmu3 ii bzip2 1.0.6-5 ii curl 7.37.0-1 ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.53 ii libc6 2.18-7 ii libpcre3 1:8.31-5 ii openbsd-inetd [inet-superserver] 0.20091229-3 ii rsyslog [system-log-daemon] 7.6.3-2 ii update-inetd 4.43 ii xz-utils 5.1.1alpha+20120614-2 approx recommends no packages.
