Failing to install is too buggy to support in a stable release according to
the release team.
So it's strictly the install issue here? Makes sense...
Next upload will have the fix for it; now that I have a working
setup for piuparts and have the test as done in the bug report passing,
just need to finish testing the other possibilities.
