I'm not sure if this is wicd-curses or perhaps some python issue. Sorry in
advance.
wicd-curses works fine, everyday everywhere, except at this cafe that uses an
accent in it's ESSID. I can connect to it without issues, but once connected
wicd-curses just crashes and outputs:

The ESSID is "somethingcafé" which shows up as "somethingcaf\xC3\xA9" under
iwconfig.
I have not tried with wicd-gtk/kde.
I've been to this café a while ago and didn't ecounter this issue, I had this
network saved. Today I could list all the networks, wicd-curses crashes once it
has obtained an IP from this AP.
