Please remove the bug report from pcscd as it is related with provided driver from http://support.identive-infrastructure.com/npa_downloads.php?lang=0
The SCL011-npa can also be updated to firmware version 1.12 by downloading the corresponding package for SCL011-generic. After firmware upgrade it is compatible with libccid which can be used as pcscd driver instead.
