  What kind of account(s)? (IMAP, POP or NNTP)

  Since thousands have found it before, that simply means you overlooked it,
not that's hidden ;-P
  And it has nothing to do with files or being off-line.

  Patches welcome, of course.
  Anyway you can assign a shortcut key to the menu option if you need to
invoke it often.
