Package: ferm Version: 2.1-4 Followup-For: Bug #696130 Hi,
I've tested the patch at http://repo.or.cz/w/ferm.git/commitdiff/ce961438fb742c7830dae50c6571ec736344e465 and it fixes the problem for a relatively simple ruleset. It looks like the problem is that it gets confused when the @include depth (maybe?) crosses domain from ip to ip6. I'm increasing the severity, as this makes the package unusable for anyone with dual stack firewalls.
