All this information is in the systemd-journalctl man page and the systemctl man page already has as SEE ALSO systemd-journalctl(1). I'm not convinced that duplicating that information in systemctl is helpful. The systemctl man page is already long enough as it is. Also note, that systemd-journalctl also warns you on stdout if you are running as non-root user and you're not in group adm. I'm inclined to close this bug, but leave to Tollef to have another opinion on this.
