Yes, it's on by default. Also, there's currently no PIC control to keep the PIC watchdog alive. You _have_ to turn it off using 0x67. Here's QNAP rationale: "Since the default watchdog function is disabled in Marvell SoC. It is to prevent the system hang-up in uboot process.
