The license in question have exactly one (first) clause of BSD family licenses.
Parahraphs 2,3,4 are different and I can't tell if some of them may be
considered as legal equivalents to any clauses of BSD-2-clause, BSD-3-clause
or BSD-4-clause licenses.
Actually paragraphs 2 and 3 are taken from zlib license:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zlib_License
Therefore I think it is not a BSD license at all. I'm not sure how it should
be called.
