Hi, Confirmed here with a Supermicro X9DRi-F board.
memtest86+ is totally unusable as the non-multiboot version reports the same too "small lower memory" error as reported on this thread.
Some people might be able to work around this by going to the memtest86+ settings -> Memory Sizing -> Probe, but this just crashes my system (and only detects 2 GB anyway).
