Package: e2fsprogs
Version: 1.41.3-1
Followup-For: Bug #559301

One of the ext3 volume has external journal (on the another disk). A disk with
journal still
broken and journal don't avaiabled. I read the manual of the tune2fs and look:
 ======
 -f Force the tune2fs operation to complete even in the face of errors.
This option is useful when removing the has_journal filesystem feature from a
filesystem which has an external journal (or is corrupted such that it
appears to
have an external journal), but that external journal is not available.
 ======
I try remove has_journal flag from ext3 but tune2fs requires run e2fsck. But
e2fsck requires a
journal. It is clinch-loop. At result, I can't repair file system with
corrupted external journal.
