Oh, and before you try again to know something better than the maintainer
who did the -no-oosplash hack back then:

$ ls -l /usr/bin/soffice
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 34 30. Mär 11:00 /usr/bin/soffice -> 
../lib/libreoffice/program/soffice
$ cat /usr/bin/libreoffice 
#!/bin/sh
/usr/lib/libreoffice/program/soffice  "$@"
