Package: ftp.debian.org The nhc98 binary packages built on sparc are not usable. Sparc binaries for the hat package have already been removed from the archive because the package now fails to build due to its build dependency on nhc98, as seen in bug #282873. The nhc98 binaries should themselves also be removed for this arch.
The juice has already been added to P-a-s for this package; the maintainer has agreed that these binaries should be removed since they cannot be readily fixed. -- Steve Langasek postmodern programmer
