In order to prevent any future upload, not only P-a-s should be done,
but very preferably also the nhc98 package should simply FTBFS on sparc,
for example, by a simply self-test.

This wouls make sure no accident happens and this package being uploaded
for sparc regardless. In the ideal world, this wouldn't happen anyway as
one would test before upload, but the world isn't ideal.
