Hi, I installed Debian kfreeBSD[0] yesterday and had some problems with internet connection. The .iso file has some weeks.
[0] - debian-testing-kfreebsd-amd64-lxde-CD-1.iso During installation I skip internet connection, using only packages from the CD. Then, when trying 'apt update', if fails to fetch all address. Only one is fetched, then the 'Could not resolve' error. msk0 is up with local ip and '/etc/resolv.conf' has two ip address. But if I do 'ifdown' and try to 'ifup' I do not get an ip from dhcp. One thing I think is strange is that I do not have the 'ping' command installed. What do I have to do ? Please Cc me. I am not on the list. Regards, Herbert
