However I think beta3 needs to be faster then beta2 was. The current list of things that should happen on Beta3 is: - kernel update to 2.6.25 - parted update to 1.8 - fixes All new features now need to be careful check before commiting. Mostly because we need to be ready to release at any time. So all features need to offer testing images for review and we'd decide case by case depending on how deeply are the changes if it'll be accepted or not. About this patch specifically, it doesn't look too risky and I think we could try to make it happen in time for Beta3. Let's do our best to properly test it.
