Etch D-I RC2 release adds support for module blacklisting as a boot parameter: [1]
You can blacklist a module using the following syntax: module_name.blacklist=yes. This will cause the module to be blacklisted in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.local both during the installation and for the installed system. [1] http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/manual/en.i386/ch05s02.html#module-blacklist I realise this report is now two years old, but that's at least part of the request in the second-last message... -- Paul "TBBle" Hampson, [EMAIL PROTECTED] Shorter .sig for a more eco-friendly paperless office.
