I was going to request this too. (As the person who made the m17n-env package
and as the one who have been the de-facto current maintainer of
im-switch by most of recent updates/uploads.)
I have already removed features covered by im-switch from m17n-env and
almost all CJK-IM tools work with im-switch only.
