Depends on your point of view. For us, "Debian Installer" is everything that happens _before_ the reboot of the system, and some aspects of the base-configuration after the reboot. We concentrate on that part, but try to help with any other issues (like package selection and configuration of X11). > 2. I think you mean "manual package selection". There are some known problems with that [1], so I'm not surprised you had problems when trying to select an additional individual package at this stage.
