No. The reason I used cp is that I didn't want to also copy the log history of the English files, but really start with a clean set of files. If you do svn log on one of your translations and on for example a file in nl/, you will see what I mean. I may have forgotten to mention that you should 'svn add' after creating the new translation. I'll have a look at that tonight.
