I noticed the new translation. I have tested that your translation builds OK (and it does, after fixing one small mistake in ca/welcome/about-copyright.xml). Seeing the number of files translated today, I have added Catalan to the list of languages to be build (this is done on one of my servers at home and runs 4 times a week). See the results later today (sunday) on http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/manual/. A mail with the results of a build will be send to the debian-l10n-catalan list. A build is triggered automatically when you commit files to SVN.
