There is something bad which happens currently in 2nd stage with sid_d-i. This
is why console-data configuration appears while it should not.

The keyboard map is also not properly loaded : this is quite obvious in 
French installs.

I guess this is more or less related to console-data in testing.

Trying with a businesscard CD and choos "unstable" as target instead of "testing"
would allow narrowing the possible origin of this bug.
