reassign 248399 debian-installer retitle 248399 dhcp-client installed instead of dhcp3-client thanks

I'll reassign this to debian-installer. Maybe the d-i folks have their reasons for preferring dhcp-client over dhcp3-client but in that case I'd like to know what the reasons are.
