OK, i  put me on the mailing list and checked archive for other answers.

1. download the net boot iso image and burn a boot CD
   

Just a short question: did you download the testing net install image or the stable net
install image?
 

i took the Official net install iso-images for the "testing" release

   http://gluck.debian.org/cdimage/testing/netinst/i386/

debian home page propose to try "testing" for workstations, and i 
thought new hardware new versions.
