That's called BTS ping-pong. I think both actions are needed: c-s to Breaks/Rempalces c-d and eventually c-d to Conflicts with c-s (but indeed, once c-s does the breaks/Remplaces thing, c-d becomes obsolete and should be removed from the archive!) So, well, I'm very tempted to re-reassign the bug and then immediately fix this myself in c-s git. --
