Hi, The problem was in the fact that sda was prevoiusly part of a software (mdadm) array, and the installer recognized it somehow, locking its access.
I solved the issue with mdadm --stop /dev/md0; mdadm --zero-superblock /dev/sda Thanks for the assistance.
