I don't know how you sent this bug report but it's completely messed up. Probably because you used an HTML-enabled mail user agent for sending it.... Anyway, I could reproduce the issue you noticed, last week-end. That was during a CD install but I saw the same missing label in menus. Moreover, for me at least the installation apparently "hanged" at some point later on.
