Thank you for sharing this. From what I can see, this is a normal problem we usually face when combining Arabic/Latin text. I usually fix this in HTML using a SPAN or DIV with DIR="LTR" for the Latin text.
Not sure if we could use a Unicode control character to do this for D-I messages.
