Thanks for that! It's close but does not quite work for me yet. I get 4GB raw images and can convert those to vdi images for VirtualBox (using the same conversion I used for the sil images). The physical disks show as 4GB, but the (correctly detected) dmraid device is only 100.8MB in size, which is a bit small for actual use :-P I get the same if I use the raw images with qemu.
