reassign 498010 debian-installer retitle 498010 mount point /selinux does not exist thanks

I fully agree that the user should never have to create the directory by hand, but as far as selinux is something which may be disabled, it would be better to create /selinux in whatever selinux package is installed, not in base-files, which is essential.
