Backport for Nala 0.15.4

Wanted to ask about the possibility of backporting Nala 0.15.4 since the
Bookworm version is 0.12.2, which lacks the `--target-release` switch
that was introduced in v0.13.0 (https://gitlab.com/volian/nala/-/releases).
