I will be using my SS4000E as a fileserver for mythtv. I came in this morning with the Brazil F1 Qualifying still running, and couldn't watch the video at the same time. The thing seems to be IO bound or maybe the processor is maxed out. I think the problem is that I put an EXT4 partition on the drive (Seagate 4TB). On my other mythtv servers I've been using XFS partitions with no problem. So, should I recreate the filesystem as XFS, or is there a faster filesystem available? Bob
