As far as I can tell, Debian doesn't have a version of the Linux
kernel that will run on this board:

If you have your own kernel and bootloader it should be easy enough to
debootstrap --foreign a rootfs from your laptop/desktop, run the
debootstrap second stage on the device and bootup on the device.
