What desktop enoviremtns has...

Hi,

I know Mate is the recommnded desktop enovirement for blind, but what if 
a user needs the following:

High contrast
Zoom (Full screen, not just a little window with a magnifier)
Negative colors

Normally i would recommend Compizconfig-settings-manager, and tried to 
use this with Mate last day, but i now wonder if Mate has som Zoom and 
Negative color functions built-in?
