Hi All, For anyone interested, I've made a new Mac kernel build available.
This one is based on the latest mainline release. It is not a 4.x.y stable release... This build has patches from these two branches: https://github.com/fthain/linux/commits/mac68k-queue https://github.com/fthain/linux/commits/esp_scsi In this build I have omitted the "macsonic: Remove redundant IRQ mutual exclusion" patch that was in the 4.1.39 build, as it may have caused problems. This build has some new patches which attempt to fix a ESP SCSI driver problem which affects the Quadra 660av and 840av (as well as zorro_esp). If you need to report any error messages from the kernel, please boot using these kernel parameters: printk.time=1 ignore_loglevel fbcon=font:ProFont6x11 That way, you can capture quite a bit of output with just a digital camera. A serial console is better but is complicated to set up.
