It arrived in under 2 weeks (which is fast given that US post to Oz can take about that long.) They work well: Module: KAHLON KAH16X32-60 (64MB 72 PIN Fast Page Mode Simm 60NS) Chips: 8 x MT 4LC16M4H9 Test results: Q605 64MB; Q650 32MB; Q630 64MB Module: KAHLON KAH32X32-60 (128MB, 72 PIN Fast Page Mode Simm 60NS) Chips: 16 x NEC D42S65405G5 Test results: Q605 128MB; Q650 64MB; Q630 128MB These modules are 32mm tall, so the CPU heatsink in the Q605 would need slight modification (I removed it for these tests). -f PS. if anyone in Germany/Europe is interested, there is a Mac IIfx on ebay at the moment...
