The warning did not kill the build, but I guess it is good to get rid of it anyhow. As suggested by Geert already, I disabled the driver and the amiga kernel builds fine now. For mac, I disabled the parport driver, builds fine, too. This just leaves atari, and some problem in the debian linux-2.6 package, which does not allow me to build a deb after compiling the kernel and modules.
