Hi,

We Updated cost table.
https://wiki.debian.org/DebConf/26/Bids/Japan#Cost.2FEstimate

There would be the constraint that DebCamp and DebConf
would have to be held in different venues,
but the costs would be significantly reduced.
(even though weekends would be subject to booking restrictions and
we might not be able to hold them on Saturdays and Sundays)

The cost of the conference dinner goes up a little bit
because the hotel where we are staying cannot make it cheaper.

Overall it came to about ¥25m (€155k).

The revised proposal by the Japan team is final.

Could you please compare this proposal with other countries' proposals
and discuss it in the debconf-committee?

- limitation
  - We have not been able to investigate whether a variety of catering options
are available for meals, so meal costs may be higher than the figures shown
    in the table (¥2,000-).

Best regerds,
