Two things that I forgot to mention - These numbers don't include accomodation and food bursaries. The budgeting for that was very complicated/confusing last year. We would be happy to have a more concrete number to work with. - Last year there was an extra EUR3000 budgeted for volunteer support. We spent it mainly on accomodations for people who didn't fit our model of "what have you contributed to debian lately". If you want to support travel of "key volunteers", then that number probably needs to be increased.
