Some unnecessary additional package not. I'm now checking whether we can make the attendance fee mandatory for all prof/corp attendees, but have vouchers available on request to waive the fee. Making the fee mandatory is the sanest approach IMO and makes no difference to the status quo. We rely on self-declaration and can't know if an attendee goes to Debconf in his free time or paid by his company. Philipp
