Sponsored registration has now closed and we apparently collectively forgot to
call for a meeting today.

[0] I know it's off the agreed-upon schedule, but I think it's important to
have a meeting soon'ish to start the sponsorship/Herb team work. Please
comment on the proposed time, it's not to tightly fixed.
