From what I understood (please Luca confirm), they take the pre
reservation we did (when Luca confirmed to them just after winning the
big) as a binding contract. They therefore do not discard the option to
take legal action.
If this is true, for me Le Camp is a big NO NO. If they menace legal
action now, I can expect worse things later.
Personally I find also the contract worse than they promises verbally.
Which it is normally OK (corporation want a safe margin), but with the
menaced legal action, I would not trust them, and I have more problem on
signing the Le Camp contract.
