The survey questions in my previous message should be anonymous, unless people choose to identify themselves.
Separately, it might be a good idea to send a "why should you be sponsored next year based on this year's DebConf" type question to people who received accommodation/food/travel sponsorship for DebConf12. This could be useful for justifying costs to future sponsors.
