Any preference for a 9:30-10:30 slot vs. 11:30-12:30 ?
I've cleared up space on Thursday morning. The simplest thing for me to
do would be a morning shoot (9:30-10:30). But i could also move all
pre-lunch talks on Thursday earlier by 1 hour and make the group photo
from 11:30-12:30 (just before the 90 minute lunch break)
If this is going to be an outdoor shoot, i suspect that 9:30-10:30 will
be more pleasant (cooler) for those milling around/posing for an hour.
otoh, late risers might be less likely to show for the morning shoot.
Let me know what you want me to do.
